From neighborhood cleanups and food drives to community beautification projects and volunteer opportunities, CreATE brings people together to meet real community needs. Every act of service is an opportunity to build relationships, strengthen neighborhoods, and remind one another that we all have a role to play.

We provide workshops, trainings, and resources that prepare young people to succeed in college, the workforce, and civic life. Topics include college readiness, workforce development, financial literacy, civic education, leadership, and personal growth—giving participants practical tools they can use long after the workshop ends.

CreATE was built to remind us of something we've always known: our greatest strength has always been each other. Long before we had words like community organizing or civic engagement, people were showing up for one another, sharing resources, solving problems, and building stronger neighborhoods together.
