CreATE Consulting was created out of a deep commitment to community, leadership development, and expanding opportunities for people who have historically been left out of important conversations.

My work is rooted in lived experience. Growing up in Section 8 housing and later witnessing my family become homeowners through Habitat for Humanity shaped the way I understand housing, opportunity, and community support systems. These experiences continue to influence my passion for helping organizations build programs and initiatives that truly serve the communities they are meant to support.

Over the years, I have worked alongside nonprofits, housing organizations, and community leaders focused on strengthening programs, supporting residents, and expanding opportunities for emerging professionals. My work has included program development, community engagement initiatives, leadership mentorship, and building partnerships that support long-term community impact.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Deaf Studies from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. My academic journey has strengthened my ability to design programs, evaluate impact, and support organizations in building sustainable community-centered initiatives.

Through CreATE Consulting, I partner with nonprofits, community organizations, and emerging leaders to develop programs, strengthen outreach strategies, and cultivate leadership. I also provide mentorship for students and early-career professionals who are navigating their pathways into community development, nonprofit work, and leadership.
